We normally expect to dispatch orders fulfilled by our courier within 1 working day, however during holidays or peak times, we may take up to 3 days for some orders. Orders placed Friday – Saturday will ship out Monday.

Returns
Unfortunately, we have a strict no-return policy on all of our beauty products. We advise you to read the product description thoroughly before purchasing your desired product. However, if you have received damaged product, we will gladly replace it with the new one. Within 24 hours of receiving damaged product, please kindly take picture of the product and send us pictures admin@earthscientific.com Upon assessment, we will be confirming your new order with the replaced.
